What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEMBER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER I position at Fox Communities Credit Union?
We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Member Relationship Officer at our Bellevue branch!
The primary responsibilities of the Member Relationship Officer role include but are not limited to:
- Providing members with sound financial guidance for all their consumer lending needs.
- Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy.
- Professionally assist members with their needs by opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships to anticipate member’s future needs and to exceed their expectations.
Candidates for the Member Relationship Officer position should possess:
- Strong interviewing skills and listening skills to identify member needs.
- Minimum of one-year sales and service experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers.
- Flexible availability which will include rotating Saturdays.
- Proven attention to detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office or similar software.
Preferred candidates will possess previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending knowledge.
Branch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm & Sat. 9am-12pm (every third Saturday rotation, assisting at another Fox location in Green Bay)
