We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Daily Tasks Include:
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients.
- Utilize Oryx software for patient management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Practice four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Utilize dental terminology effectively in communication with patients and team members.
- Provide assistance with dental receptionist duties, including patient check-in/out processes.
- Conduct medical imaging as required, ensuring high-quality results for diagnostic purposes.
Ideal Candidiate Description:
- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, with a solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with Oryx software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
