Beverage Cart Attendant

**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Cart Attendant to join our quick service fast food restaurant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Assist customers with their orders and ensure they are satisfied with their experience - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently - Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace - Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales - Provide support to the kitchen staff and other team members as needed - Use Aloha POS to process transactions and manage orders - Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times - Demonstrate a commitment to safety and maintain a safe and healthy work environment - Perform tasks such as restocking supplies and cleaning the dining area - Manage time effectively to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills - Experience with cash handling and credit transactions - Familiarity with Aloha POS - Strong sales and upselling skills - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace **Skills:** - Help customers with their orders and answer questions - Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and credit transactions - Work in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently - Experience with Aloha POS - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to provide exceptional customer service - Strong sales and upselling skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Experience in a grocery store or similar environment - Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
