What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIP Representative position at Foxwoods Resort Casino?
Under the supervision of the Front Office Shift Manager, the incumbent provides outstanding service to all VIP guests and their affiliates. High school diploma or GED equivalent as well as six (6) months to one (1) year of Front Office experience. Must possess a high degree of interpersonal and customer relation skills necessary to ensure total guest satisfaction. Must possess basic math skills necessary to accurately calculate and process guest payments; required to pass a basic math test. Required to become proficient with department specific computer programs. Position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking. Extensive periods of keyboarding are also required. Must have the abiity to lift up to 50lbs.
