What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Engineer position at FPC of Savannah?

Our client is a global leader in chemical manufacturing! They are looking for a Plant Engineer with a strong project background to join their team!

Additional Responsibilities

Determine scope, budget, and operational objectives for plant projects
Utilize knowledge in air separation and gas measurement tools to serve as process expert (including customer-facing interactions)
Troubleshoot issues utilizing RCA methodology
Provide training to operators, technicians, and more junior employees
Apply PMI principles to accomplish key tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering

4 years of experience in a process or project engineering role

Preferred experience with JD Edwards

Experience implementing lean principles and leading cross-functional teams
