Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Knoxville, TN. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for administering HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating benefits programs, implementing HR initiatives, maintaining employee records, and assisting in employee development. The role also involves working closely with other departments to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Experience with HR Policies, compliance, and development
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with HR software and tools is preferred
