What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inpatient Registered Nurse position at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital?
HOURS: Full time or Part Time, 12 hour shifts
REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of accredited nursing program; current State of Montana RN or graduate nurse licensure; current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and TNCC preferred as indicated by work area, but willing to train after hire.
JOB DUTIES: If you are passionate about providing care and helping patients of all ages, while working in a team-based environment where you will make a difference every day, FMDH wants you. The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. They develop, implement, and revise individualized, goal directed nursing care to patients. The RN should demonstrate knowledge for current clinical practice standards considering the types of patients cared for and the setting in which practice occurs. He or she must ensure organized, accurate, and efficient nursing care delivery in compliance with facility and nursing department policies and procedures.
