Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Keyholder located in Mission Viejo, CA. The Keyholder will be responsible for managing retail sales, offering excellent customer service, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include opening and closing the store, maintaining product knowledge, and effective communication with both customers and team members.

- Strong Product Knowledge
- Ability to enhance and manage the Customer Experience
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
