Compensation: $120,000 Base Salary Sales Commission (Estimated Annual Earnings Range of $175,000 to $300,000 based on sales performance)

Your Impact on Team Sidekick
Each Franchise Advisor serves a critical role in the business selection and sales process and is the ultimate Sidekick to our potential franchise clients. Franchise Advisors must be skilled in communicating business knowledge and have the ability to influence others while managing human emotions around making life-changing decisions. Our Franchise Advisors need to relate very well with others and have the capacity to manage many clients at once. Franchise Advisors must also be intentional, influential, and have exceptional organizational, communication, and people skills. In your role as a Franchise Advisor, you will:
- Think like an entrepreneur and guide prospective clients through the Sidekick Seven sales process
- Manage the franchise candidate’s journey and create a world-class experience
- Serve as a business coach, ensuring franchise candidates are well-informed and properly motivated to purchase a franchise business
- Maintain productive and fruitful relationships with franchisor representatives from each Sidekick Brand.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sidekick Team to help continually improve processes and results
- Support and mentor other members of the Sidekick Sales Team

- Paid Time Off- Every Sidekick starts with 16 days of PTO, two floating holidays, and a paid volunteer day annually. We also offer nine paid company holidays each year as well. Team Members earn additional PTO for each year of employment.
- Franchise Ownership Program- After your first year with Sidekick, we offer a Franchise Purchase Discount which allows you to own your own Franchise Business at a $30,000 to $50,000 savings. Some restrictions and minimum qualifications apply to the discount.
- Client Referral Commission- We encourage every member of Team Sidekick to utilize their network to find qualified candidates for franchise ownership. We pay $3,000 for every qualified lead you submit that ends up purchasing a franchise.

Working Conditions
- Franchise Sidekick utilizes a hybrid work structure with remote, in-office, and blended work opportunities
- Limited travel is required (usually less than 10% annually)
- Minimal physical requirements are required
