Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Southport Family Medicine located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have experience treating patients of all ages in Family Medicine, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Flexible provider schedule; no weekends or holidays

• No call expectation

• Average outpatient volume: 14 - 18 patients per day

• Tele-medicine available

• Will treat patients of all ages

• Strong mentorship from seasoned physicians in the practice

• Busy collegial practice

• Will work closely with designated medical assistant

• Lab on site
