Prepare, manage and control budget, monitor and analyze variances.
Define job requirements: interview and hire qualified applicants.
Complete performance appraisal of staff members.
Communication tools are developed and utilized to distribute information to staff and others.
Strong Leadership skills.
Plan and direct management information systems to meet internal and external needs.
Function as an active member of the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree - Required
Master's Degree - Preferred
2 years Supervision/Management - Preferred
3 years Nursing/Patient Care - Required
Registered Nurse (RN) - Required - OR -
Physical Therapist (PT) - Required - OR -
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Required - AND -
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Required - AND -
Driver's License - Required - AND -
Auto Insurance - Required
