What you can expect
- Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
- People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
- Quality Assurance Performs inspections and quality auditing and looks for ways to improve the retail experience.
- Training & Education Provides training for new hires and ensures current coworker knowledge is up to date.
- Job Duties Must be able to perform all duties of EVS Association I and II.
Qualifications
- Preferred High School Diploma / GED
- 2 years Customer Service Preferred
- 2 years Environmental service Preferred
- Dept of Trans Training (DOTTRN) - .
