WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This is a part-time position (offering between 20-24 hours / week)
Scheduled days would be Wednesday and Thursday; hours are 6 : 45 a.m.-5 : 15 p.m.
This is for our Maternal Fetal Medicine office at Franciscan Health Indy
Provide exemplary customer service; greet and direct patients, family members, and other visitors.
Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance.
Schedule appointments and accurately enters data into scheduling system.
Register patients and enters or updates demographic and insurance information into EMR system.
Communicate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required HS Diploma / GED
2 years primary care office preferred
2 years customer service preferred
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED : Never or Rarely
