Position Overview

This Infection Preventionist/Education Coordinator role requires a strong background in nursing and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and infection control processes, as well as leading infection prevention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mentorship program
  • Monitor associate participation/compliance with educational requirements using online educational program (Relias)
  • Track TBs, competencies, vaccinations, and record compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • 3 years of clinical experience in nursing or long-term care
