The Health Program Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing health programs and infection control processes within a community setting. - Developing and implementing health programs to prevent and control infections
- Coordinating educational programs for staff, including training on infection control practices and OSHA regulations
- Serving as the primary contact for infection control matters, including tracking and reporting outbreaks and educating staff on prevention strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of training and compliance with regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an active RN license, with 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in nursing/long term care. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
