Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing company looking for a Records Management Specialist to join our Loan Operations Department in Arden Hills, MN. Primary responsibility is to assemble loan documents and transition them from paper to digital credit files within the bank’s Director Cabinet Filing System using scanning and electronic technology. This position assembles and maintains proper loan documentation for digital credit files and will manage the intake, storage, and release of possessory collateral.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills with attention to detail. Preferred experience includes working in a banking environment with credit files and document retention and general knowledge of commercial/ag loan process.
