Leading manufacturing company providing machining, brazing is seeking to fill entry-level general labor positions at its plant in the Madisonville, KY area. This is a position where the employee performs a variety of general production labor duties at a training-level capacity under the direction of a mentor employee following standard operating, safety, and quality procedures that include product assembly and machine and/or equipment operation as assigned by supervisory personnel on a daily basis. Employee will perform other duties as required by supervisory/plant management personnel.
HS/GED Preferred
Job Duties:
- Follow all safety policies and operation procedures
- Dependability - Be at work and on time with ability to work overtime as needed
- Produce High Quality Product
- Repetitive standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties
- Moderate to heavy lifting capability (up to 65 lbs.)
- Perform required quality checks and maintain documentation
- Assist in maintaining warehouse and mobile inventories
- Follows all tracker recording procedures
- Near/far vision and multiple limb coordination
- Team member mentality
