About Us : Frank Gay Commercial Services is dedicated to delivering excellent HVAC / R services to clients in the Tampa Bay or Gulf coast areas. We are looking for motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join our growing and dedicated HVAC / R Service Team.

What You Will Do :

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of refrigeration principles .

Work on rooftop units, large 50-ton split systems, chill water systems, and cooling towers .

Handle HVAC electrical and controls (both high voltage and low voltage).

Exhibit efficient and effective problem-solving skills .

Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.

Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated with the latest technologies.

Be available for on-call duty as required.

Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

What You Need :

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC / R experience (required).

Ability to handle physical workload .

Experience with BAS and DDC controls (a plus).

Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability.

Universal EPA certification .
