Garden Center Merchandiser – 5-8 Week Contract
Location: Washington, DC and surrounding areas including: Brandywine, Woodmore Township, Wheaton, Gaithersburg, and Frederick.
Start Date: April 7th to May 25, 2026 ( 5-8 Week Contracts available)
Schedule: 4–7 days per week (weekends required)
We’re looking for reliable, motivated people to help set up and maintain seasonal plants and organic herbs at our Garden Centers!
Daily Responsibilities of Merchandiser:
- Receive and organize plant deliveries each morning
- Set up and maintain your assigned garden center area
- Check inventory twice daily using our app
- Water, tend, and care for plants throughout the day
- Assist members and provide friendly service
What We’re Looking for in a Merchandiser:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, resourceful and dependable
- Available for early morning start times (7AM-9 AM)
- Available Evenings
- Available on weekends
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude
- Interest in plants is a plus
- Driver’s license is a plus
What to Expect:
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Repetitive tasks like unloading, stocking, and cleaning
Pay & Schedule for a Merchandiser:
- Pay: $150 - $200 a day ( Bi-Weekly Pay)
- Schedule: 4–7 days per week
- Shifts: Vary depending on tasks, Day shift
- Job Type: Full-time, 5-8-week contract
