Phlebotomist:

Requires

• Professional certification as a phlebotomist from a recognized program
• Ability to successfully draw blood from patients with minimal or no complications
• Able to work together as part of a team in a busy Rural Health Clinic
• Able to maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Superb documentation and computer skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
• Label, sort and check specimens and organize all information into the computer system
• Respect strict adherence to patient confidentiality

Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
