Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating project schedules, managing teams, and liaising with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Manage project scheduling and coordinate tasks among team members to optimize workflow.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Utilize construction management software, including ProCore and Bluebeam, for project tracking and documentation.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and construction estimating to maintain financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
• Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with contract management and quality control standards in construction projects.
• Strong budgeting skills with experience in construction estimating preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with strong communication skills to manage teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.17 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
