I'm searching for a Level 3 Technician to join a growing MSP, where you will be dealing with escalated incidents, to troubleshoot and resolve complex server and networking issues. You will be working as part of a team, to deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills, to ensure client's issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
What do you need?
- Ability to complete server installation projects.
- Experience working with firewalls (ideally SonicWall).
- Experience completing data & email migrations, from on-prem to the cloud.
- Ability to create an Active Directory environment in Azure.
- Experience creating SOWs & project plans to deliver to senior stakeholders & clients.
