- Inspect model and market ready vacancies to ensure they are 'show-ready'
- Participate in marketing activities, including brainstorming and outreach
- Complete follow-up with prospective new residents
- Assist clients through the application and move-in process
- Conduct business in accordance with company policy, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable laws
