Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in answering and directing calls and scheduling. The Receptionist/Scheduler will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. Days/Hours will vary dependent upon needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls in a timely fashion, direct to the appropriate parties
- Coordinate appointments and ensure that all necessary information is collected
- Assist with mail and business errands
- Assist with office management, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and reception is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
