We provide specialized solutions to agencies of the US Intelligence Community, military Special Operations Forces, and other national security partners. Our Advisory practice executes customers’ intelligence and advanced research missions globally, while our Training practice delivers cutting edge tradecraft training to select organizations.
Job Purpose: Assist with the development, oversight and assessment of high-level Department of Defense plans, programs and policies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop presentations, conduct research, write reports, provide responses and review tasks regarding DoD plans and programs.
- Conduct assessments of DoD plans and programs to identify effectiveness against strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide expertise to senior military and government leaders including technical knowledge, policy interpretation, cross-functional facilitation and coaching.
- Facilitate the coordination of plans, programs and policies with senior intra-departmental leaders and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain continuity documents including standard operating procedures, workflows, task trackers and checklists.
- Interact with senior leadership within the DoD and other US Government Departments and Agencies.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Represent FRDA in a positive and professional fashion with both internal and external customers.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Active US Government Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Minimum 10 years DoD policy and operational knowledge and experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proficient in MacOS, Microsoft Office, and various office equipment with demonstrated ability to learn new software systems
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to concisely explain complex ideas and concepts
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Salary : $67,700 - $85,800
