What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support warehouse associates on your assigned shift
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive parts
- Ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met
- Work closely with management to meet operational goals

What You’ll Need
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory processes and warehouse workflows
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
