The general duties for this position:
- Time Keeping
- Ensure time keeping is being met
- Searching for corrections if needed
- Assure that timesheets are approved and submitted in a timely manner
- Review the Acknowledgement Sign off on Time Cards
- Running various reports to ensure accurate time keeping
- Onboarding
- Assist in screening applications and scheduling interviews
- Requesting background checks (if applicable)
- Requesting login information for new personnel
- Review company information with new personnel
- Review and compile new hire packet with pertinent information
- Provide employee badges
- Data Entry
- Enter new hires to system
- Process E-Verify
- Update basic employee information
- Filing
- Create Personnel Files in HRIS (UKG/KRONOS)
- Maintain Personnel File in HRIS (UKG/KRONOS)
- Disable files for terminated employees
- Disciplinary
- Assist management with disciplinary action documentation
- Compile Census
- Process changes in direct deposit
- Process pay adjustment forms
- Offboarding:
- Processing paperwork for employee termination
- Employee Relations
- Assist employees with basic general questions; escalate as needed
- Other Duties as assigned
- Special projects
- Submits work related injury documents per procedure
- Assist with required compliance training for each state
- Coordinate of meetings/trainings
- May assist managers in the field with general clerical duties
