About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the backbone of our customer experience, the friendly face that guides our customers through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. We'll equip you with everything you need to match customers with their perfect vehicle based on their needs and tastes.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate lasting relationships to build a lifelong clientele.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles using consultative sales techniques.
- Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Maintain positivity and resilience, even when faced with objections.
- Regularly report to the sales manager.
