Our Impact:

This position will serve as a key member of the Multifamily Asset Management Surveillance/Guarantor & Investor Relations team with primary responsibilities focusing on evaluation of performance of the securitized multifamily portfolio. The successful candidate will evaluate credit quality and monitor the performance of commercial real estate assets to highlight potential risk to investors, while ensuring compliance with government regulations and/or company policy.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assess loan-level risk through analysis of operating statements, rent rolls and servicer property inspections
• Prepare Monthly CREFC IRP reports for Master Serviced loans and other reports for balance sheet products
• Monitor portfolio performance through review of Watch List, delinquency reports
• Perform data analysis on global portfolio to provide intelligence to internal customers and senior management regarding performance of multifamily assets
• Preparing reports for management, investors and regulator
• Participate in initiatives to streamline business processes and further strengthen portfolio monitoring
• Perform special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
• Typically has 3-5 years of experience, with finance, commercial real estate, and /or apartment operations focus
• Strong expertise in MS Excel with ability to create macros, tables, charts, etc.
• Intermediate expertise with regards to MS Power Point and MS Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
