Freddy's in Radcliff is seeking candidates for Assistant Manager.

This salaried position starts between $40K - $45k per year plus bonus. Restaurant Management experience is required. This position is full time and required to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts). Evening and weekend availability is required.

The Radcliff Freddy's team is also looking to hire multiple hourly shift supervisors. Shift supervisors assist the General Manager and Assistant Managers with running the day to day operations of the restaurant. Shift Supervisors must be 18 yrs old or older and have the ability to work evenings and weekends. Shift Supervisors can be developed to become future Assistant Managers if they have that desire.

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
• Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday.
• Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Aptitude towards learning, coaching and teamwork; ability to motivate, train and hold responsible a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively with guest and team members
• Always focused on profits and sales growth
