We have recently expanded to New Jersey and are looking for a great manager who loves working with people and wants to join a fast-growing company. We are looking for the person who is passionate about their job and excited to come into work each day to work alongside a team that is almost like a second family. Our ideal candidate is skilled at communication and ready to tackle challenges. He or she can learn new tasks quickly while providing outstanding leadership to the team and a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate is looking for career and personal growth and has at least one year of restaurant management experience.

Requirements:

• Must have prior restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service restaurant
• Always willing to learn and is receptive to coaching.
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
• Will be required to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all parties
• Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Supervisor is the first level of management. 
• Supervisors are responsible for assisting management in the overall efficiency and technical operations of the restaurant. 
• Supervisors maintain proper execution of product, training and refinement of Team Members, 
• Build relationships with Guests, handle Guest issues, and are a model of Hospitality.
• Teaches and practices the Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.
• Leads by example, is vocal and prepared.
• Maintains Cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment.
