What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
As a Records Clerk, you will:
- Organizing, classifying, and maintaining hardcopy and electronic records.
- Performing data entry and ensuring files are accurate and up to date.
- Responding to inquiries by retrieving and providing information from record systems.
- Converting documents into digital formats and managing electronic archives.
- Handling correspondence, including processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in administration, clerical, and/ or office setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong business acumens.
