Are you a ninja-like Registered Nurse with a passion for the Operating Room? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every second counts? Do you have what it takes to help us help our patients? Do you have a valid RN license in the state of employment, at least one year of OR experience, BLS certification and ACLS certification? Awesome! We'd love you for those professional qualifications. Bonus points for CNOR certification and Surgery Center experience. It looks nice on your resume and ours too.
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a strong Operating Room RN to join our team at Frederick Surgery Center, which has been the longest active multispecialty, same day surgery center in the Frederick area since 1988.
As an Operating Room RN, you'll be responsible for ensuring our surgical suite is operational and running like a well-oiled machine. You will be responsible for performing circulating duties during surgical procedures, plan & modify care and make necessary adjustments as needed. But make no mistake, our RNs are the ones we depend on to maintain efficient surgeries, monitor patients' vitals and health, and attend to their every need during their stay.
