Overview:
We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our growing finance department, to provide accurate, timely and responsive billing for attorneys' and client accounts. This position can be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices. Monitor changes in billing procedures, policies and billing attorney responsibilities.
*Maintains up-to-date client/matter information pertaining to special billing rates and customized billing needs.
*Processes proformas through finance system on a scheduled and special request basis for billing attorneys.
*Preparing monthly invoices on a regular basis throughout the month for assigned attorneys, including transfers of time and disbursements. Ensure that clients are billed in a timely manner and in proper amounts.
*Review and edit proformas in response to attorney requests.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Post high school training in accounting or general finance area and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 Suite is required. Knowledge of Elite 3E and prior work within a law firm finance department setting are a plus.
