Overview:
We are seeking a Patent Legal Administrative Assistant to work in our Intellectual Property group. We are looking for an individual with previous patent LAA experience.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
The ideal candidate will provide legal administrative support for Attorneys and Paralegals with a specialization in patents, including document creation and revision, scheduling internal and external meetings, managing and maintaining legal documents, databases, and electronic records and files, assisting in supporting business development and other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new systems and applications.
