- Analyze design/development line plans & Report workflow needs
- Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar.
- Reporting on WIP report and line sheets, send out briefs & amendments
- Reporting on Sample deliveries, maintaining all relationships to the calendar
- Maintain department calendar & communications
- Professionally communicate via email and in person, design, production and buying team members.
- Manage style creation in Tradestone and communicate style information to vendors
- Professionally communicate via email and in person, design, production and buying team members.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills required.
- Ability to analyze design & pd process, advise on strategies to achieve sample goals.
- Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. manage time effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Capable to run meetings and keep the team on task.
- Education: Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Travel: little to no travel required
