POSITION SUMMARY :
The Therapist is a qualified mental health professional whom provides quality patient care, is skilled in group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy techniques. The Therapist is responsible for completing responsibilities such as : case management that includes but not limited to treatment planning, discharge planning, and assisting patients with community resources. The therapist is a member of a multidisciplinary team and expected to work with other team members to assist patients in achieving maximum benefit of treatment.
