Our Customer Service team works in partnership with our clients and our pre-production teams to create and finalize job details. We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help support our team of Account Managers.
In this role you will:
- Provide general office support
- Learn the job responsibilities of an Account Manager and assist when needed
- Assist Account Managers in preparing insert signoffs, job tickets, and bindery samples
- Create and edit spreadsheets and layouts
- Organize and file job jackets after the job is completed
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF writeable software
- You must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, frequently switching between tasks
