Responsibilities

*General maintenance and repair duties may include but not limited to,prevenative maintenance,routine servicing,seasonal repairs and changes, fixture installations, plumbing,minor electrical and appliance repairs floor coverings, and some furniture. *Prevenative maintenance on systems such as HVAC,refrigeration,pumping and motor systems, generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspects *operate various types of equipment that may include but not limited to drills, pressure washer,hand tools and company vehicles *performs painting and refurbishing projects as assigned *maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and record keeping as directed *accomplish assignments in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications

*Tennessee drivers' license in good standing *Experience and knowledge is general repairs *Effective communication skills, including the ability tp understand and follow instructions

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $13.00 - $18.00/hour.
