Balance Grille is an Asian-Fusion Restaurant from Toledo, OH that serves Snacks, Build-a-Bowls, and Seasonal Specials that you'll love! All of our ingredients are prepared from whole form by hand, just in time, every day at each of our restaurants. Our menu is infinitely customizable, and able to be adapted to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. Several of our ingredients we grow ourselves at Balance Farms: our Vertical Urban Aquaponics Farm in Downtown Toledo!

WHAT IS A DRAGON?
Purpose: The Dragon BA is a customer facing position and the main point of contact for all guests at Balance Grille. They encourage a positive overall brand image and will do this by maintaining a positive attitude and energetic persona while working with coworkers and customers. The Dragon BA acts as an asset in the overall success of daily customer interactions and the public perception of the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Engages in professional and friendly interactions with customers at all times.
- Maintains order accuracy.
- Generates higher sales by upselling the menu.
- Accurately processes in-store transactions on the POS.
- Knowledgeable of dietary restrictions, allergens and other common specialty diets.
- Stays up to date on all menu items details and can accurately explain flavor profiles, dietary concerns, and ingredient descriptions to customers.
- Capable of creating a positive and lasting first impression.
- Adheres to all health code standards and up-to-date practices.
- Engages in proper re-stocking and FIFO practices to ensure the freshest and highest-quality product.
- Ensures that all food storage units are cleaned properly and stored carefully to prevent breakage.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of all dining room furniture, workstations, door thresholds, coolers, walls and flooring.
