Summary
It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Ops Coordinator under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to provide logistics support for key corporate event clients. Professionaly interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner relationships to provide the highest level of customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review of, testing and reconditioning trade show displays, booth properties and ancillary materials; the use of hand-tools is required, and excellent dexterity needed
- Review shipping requests, prepare them, palletize orders and create bills of lading for them.
- Manage outbound shipping for freight companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other common carriers.
- Monitor and track delivery dates, ensure timely delivery of critical shipments going to events.
- Review required arrival dates, critical show management deadlines.
- Manage inbound shipments from shows, ensuring timely pickups, scheduling the carriers to pick up shipments within the required windows, understanding union and show management rules regarding these shipment departures from events.
- Review inbound shipments, reconcile manifest against contents, check for damage, restock items and ensure proper tracking of available inventory using a computer software system.
- Ensure 100% accuracy on all outbound and inbound freight and manifests, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Provide reports to the Trade Show Manager upon request. Must have a friendly telephone demeanor and be comfortable making phone calls to check the status of freight and deal with management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years industry experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Shipping experience with various carriers.
- International shipping experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must maintain a valid state drivers license.
