Position Summary:

Freestone Golf and Lake Club is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and service- driven Golf Shop Concierge to join our team. This role is all about creating an inviting shopping experience for members and guests, maintaining an organized and visually appealing golf shop, and providing top-tier customer service.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their presentation, organization, and communication skills, ensuring the golf shop operates smoothly and efficiently. While golf knowledge is a bonus, it is not required-what matters most is a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed. There is also room for creativity in visual merchandising, allowing you to contribute to engaging and attractive product displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome in the golf shop.
• Assist members and guests with their shopping experience, providing recommendations and ensuring a seamless checkout process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop, including neatly folded shirts and steamed hanging apparel.
• Take ownership of the presentation of displays, ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively arranged.
• Answer phone calls with a welcoming and helpful tone, assisting with inquiries or directing calls as needed.
• Process transactions, including merchandise sales and guest fees, accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with retail inventory management, including restocking and basic inventory tracking.
• Work collaboratively with golf professionals and other staff to ensure a seamless operation.
