What Awaits You:
Hours You Will Work: Monday to Friday: 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturdays: 9 AM to 5:30 PM, If you work a Saturday shift, you will have off one day during the week to compensate.
In this role, you will engage with clients who rely on us for their shipping needs, guiding them in utilizing the benefits of freightcenter.com. To our clients, you are the ultimate shipping solution, ensuring prompt pickup and delivery of their shipments. You'll take the time to understand your customers' requirements and resolve issues during a single interaction, fostering enduring customer relationships and repeat business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service to our clients. Customers rely on you for solutions!
- You'll excel at clarifying, researching, and delivering information to promptly address their concerns, striving for one-call resolutions.
- Sometimes, clients need to hear it from someone else; you'll restate the issue, explore options, and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- When necessary, introduce new features to clients.
- Maintain shipment details meticulously by entering complete and accurate client information and making necessary updates.
- Act as the crucial link between our sales department and our valued clients.
- Please note that this is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
