Job Overview:
As an Inbound Sales Representative at FreightCenter, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to call new customers who registered an account with us and convert them into long-lasting, successful business relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact New Customers: Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers interested in our freight shipping services.
- Understand Customer Needs: Conduct needs assessments to understand the unique shipping requirements of each customer and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide Information: Offer detailed information about our services, pricing, and available options to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Continue Relationships: Continue to keep in touch with your repeat shippers, check in on them, and see what their future shipping goals are.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to actively listen
- Computer Savy: Must be able to navigate multiple tabs. Must be familiar with Google Drive (Calendar, emails, drive, excel)
- Goal-oriented
- New agents will start on a 10 am to 7 pm shift, alternating 1 Saturday per month
- A problem solver
- ** Please note: all positions are in our Palm Harbor, FL office. We do not offer remote positions.**

This position starts at $15.00 per hour, plus a monthly bonus, with an average total compensation of $40k by the end of the 1st year. Top performers have the potential to earn more! Tenured employees have the potential to earn up to 85K and beyond!
