Fremont Counseling Service is searching for a licensed clinician/therapist to provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment services in our Lander, Wyoming location.
If you are a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage/Family Therapist with experience treating clients with mental health and substance use disorders throughout the lifespan in a community mental health setting, we would like to talk with you about coming to work with us.
Fremont Counseling Service (FCS) is located in Fremont County, Wyoming. Fremont County is home to some of the best outdoor recreation in the country. We are a CARF accredited, private, non-profit, community mental health and substance use disorder treatment center that has been serving clients in rural Fremont County, Wyoming (which includes the Wind River Indian Reservation) since 1959. We provide a comprehensive array of services from our offices in Lander and Riverton to the residents of Fremont County, and beyond, on a discounted/sliding fee basis.
FCS employs 30 full-time employees between our two offices. We pride ourselves on hiring staff that are team players while being performance, quality, and compliance oriented. We offer competitive salaries and provide a generous benefit package: employer funded retirement contribution (5% of annual salary); health - medical, dental, and vision - insurance (employee pays 20% of premiums); life insurance; long term disability insurance; professional liability insurance coverage; generous paid time off; eleven paid holidays; and relocation expense reimbursement (for qualifying applicants).
Fremont County is a designated healthcare provider area for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and FCS employees are eligible to apply to participate in their Loan Repayment Program (LRP).
Compensation: $70,000 annually plus benefits. Based on qualifications and independent licensure status.
