Job Summary
We are seeking a Peritoneal Home Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinically competent care to patients with various shifts and work hours.
Responsibilities
- Empower, engage, and train dialysis patients on peritoneal and home hemodialysis using state-of-the-art training programs and equipment.
- Conduct initial home visits with another staff member present in the clinic setting.
- Provide education and coordination of clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff, including RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 months experience in home dialysis therapies as a RN.
- Successful completion of all FKC education and training requirements for new employees.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
