This role requires frequent travel between facilities in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Support and drive quality standards through meeting regulatory requirements and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care with staff members, from admission through discharge.
- Ensure patients and families are educated regarding post-procedure care of vascular access.
- Act as a resource for staff to address patient concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient treatments from admission to discharge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Advanced Degree desirable
- Current appropriate state licensure and ACLS certification
- 6-8 years' related experience, including 3 years supervisory or project/program management experience
Salary : $62,865 - $96,419
