RTH Assembly - Operations Lead

The starting pay for this position is $19.00. This position is onsite at our Montezuma, GA location.

FreshRealm is looking for RTH Team Lead that will receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and IT equipment. Follow all safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for training of new hires and/or temporary Associates
• Owns execution of SOPs and holds Associates accountable; escalates discrepancies to Supervisor when necessary
• Owns the safety of the team, ensures that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time
• By owning the team’s quality standards, ensure that we send out a quality product to our customers
• Assist Supervisor with development of the team and assist with training of critical roles.
• Motivate and challenge the team to achieve and exceed daily performance goals
• Engage and show respect to associates on a daily basis. Build team morale to drive productivity and quality standards
  
  

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements:

• Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Flexible availability; we work night and weekend shifts
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
• 1-2 years of entry-level managerial leadership experience in a food production or warehouse environment
