What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Friedman Williams?
Our client, a growing and well-established litigation practice is seeking a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Associate to join its dynamic team in their Roseland, NJ office. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1–5 years of law firm experience and a demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
Associates will have the opportunity to manage a full caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in arbitrations and trials.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of relevant law firm experience
- Strong interest in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar required
- Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $120,000–$150,000 commensurate with experience
