What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator/medical records position at Friendly Nursing Home?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following;
Developing a master schedule for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, completing daily assignments according to available staff and monitoring hours to ensure optimal staffing is met. This position will monitor the staffing budget and control overtime, work with payroll manager to verify payroll acuracy, and monitor call-in's, vacation and sick time.
Candidate must have a high school degree, basic computer knowledge and be able to read and write english. Minimum of two years' experience in staff scheduling.
